So much so that we were able to buy ourselves a spanking brand new luxury Caravan (Pemberley) at the start of June (2006) - and another new luxury one (Netherfield) a few months ago both on the popular Robin Hood /Goldern Palms Resort next door. Rosings has been a very popular caravan which has been almost completely booked out. We are selling it off site and it is available for collection from 4th Nov. It cost us £9,500 4 years ago Letting it go for a quick sale for £2,500 Off site as we have had enough of the Happy Days site and the rude staff they have there. However the site fee is paid upto Jan 2008 so you have until then to move it. It has it's own website which is at the very top of Google when you type in Happy Days Skegness. I can change the website over to your name if you wanted to keep it. Pictures of the caravan can be seen by clicking the link at the bottom   The price includes .. carpets, mats, most of the curtains, nets, blinds, pots and pans, ironing board, fridge, cooker, duvets and pillows, pictures, orniments, video, brass headboard etc. These were all new and cost around £3,000 when setting up the caravan. It also has 3 lots of aluminium caravan steps, these were bought from new and cost over £300. An extra set is under the caravan. Also a garden bench at the side which you would be welcome to take if you bought the caravan. Can make over £8,000 in bookings in an 8 month season.
